One day a grandmother saw that her grandson was in her garden. He was so fascinated by one old strawberry plant. This was my father.
With great passion and purpose in his eyes, a little while later there were thousands of strawberry plants in his grandmother's garden and the berries were abundant in the sand. They were fresh, sweet and delicious.
A little later he had his first son and that was me. Together with the family I helped out on the strawberry land for a long time.
In one day I also saw something more in these red berries. I washed off the sand and cooked the fruits into a slightly sweet treat.
It was so good that it found its way between you and me.
