The fresh garlic comes from local production in the Gers and is fully certified Bio AB.
It is processed on the Cadeilhan farm, whose agricultural land has been certified organic for more than 10 years.
In addition to its exceptional nutritional qualities, black garlic has a tasty taste and a surprising melting texture obtained by the caramelization of the sugars naturally present in fresh garlic.
We currently market it in whole heads, in pods, in paste, in honey as well as an organic black garlic beer.
