We combined chickpeas with soybeans to create a new taste experience. Have you ever tried chickpea pasta that is made from 100% chickpeas? For us a floury mouthfeel and not a real pleasure. We wanted to change this and we succeeded. Let yourself be positively surprised. This variety doesn’t disintegrate after cooking either and retains its beautiful yellowish color.
